Garvo started with a simple frustration: too many property management platforms feel like they were built for massive companies, not the people actually managing a handful of properties, talking with tenants, handling maintenance requests, collecting rent, and keeping everything organized day to day.

We thought there should be a better option.

Garvo is being built by a team of two with a focus on independent landlords and smaller property managers. What started as a passion project has grown into something we genuinely believe can make managing properties simpler, more organized, and a lot less frustrating.

We're not a massive software company with layers of departments between our users and the people building the product. When you send us feedback, you're talking to the same people designing features, fixing problems, and using these tools to manage a business.

And we want to keep it that way.

Some of the best ideas for Garvo won't come from us—they'll come from the landlords and property managers using it every day. If there's something that could work better, a feature you wish existed, or an idea that would make managing your properties easier, we want to hear it.
