Garvo provides property management software that helps landlords and property managers manage properties, tenants, leases, maintenance requests, payments, and related activities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Garvo to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the service's operation. You are responsible for the content you upload, including lease documents, tenant information, and communications.

Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Tenant Payments

Garvo facilitates the collection of rent and other payments through third-party payment processors. We are not a party to the landlord-tenant relationship and do not guarantee the collection of any payment.

Intellectual Property

Garvo and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Garvo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Garvo ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of Garvo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
